Research of Indian cuisine in relation to climate agriculture, traditions, food habit, etc.

Indian food, with its hodgepodge of ingredients and intoxicating aromas, is coveted around the world. 
Most of Indian food are very spicy and have multiple flavors. Data scientists have discovered perhaps the key reason why Indian food tastes distinct from other countries'. In Indian cuisine, various essences frequently are used in most dishes. Here is a very interesting thing, dozens of flavors can interact and with each other and exist in a course.
In Indian cuisine, coriander, curry, butter, fruit, cardamom are very ordinary ingredients.

Most of Indian land is located under the tropic-cancer and it also close to ocean, so the weather is quite hot and humid in summer. New Delhi is located in the northern, so summer a I just said and winter is cold. The interesting climate produces a exclusive food culture. It also the major reason why most Indian food have curry, coriander and some spicy seasonings. Spicy food can excite taste bud and get rid of wet from body. I do not know the phenomenon very well, but I have discovered another interesting phenomenon that Spicy and pungent food is very common in most of places of humid climate.

Indian is a centuried and ancient country, there are so many different religions and traditional customs in India. The unique culture deeply influences the country's all the time. As we all know, cow is holy and sacred in Indian religious theory, so it is the reason why there is no any beef cuisine or meal there. Those traditional culture and customs influence Indian food culture, Ingredients, cuisine and so on all the time. Some essences and ingredients are also relevant with Indian local religions.

As I said, most of Indian land is located under the tropic-cancer and surrounds the Indian ocean. The specific climate and geography like this picture.
Rice and wheat are universal staple food in India, especially rice. New Delhi is located in northern area, so wheat and rice have similar status on ordinaries' tables there.


Indian cuisine in relation to food habits.
Indian people's food habits are deeply influenced by variety of factors such as  agriculture, traditions and climate. Now, Indian people have used to spicy and complex and multiple flavors of food. In my opinion, it is not food habits influenced cuisine, actually it is food habits are impacted, changed by all of those factors what I said.
