Challenge of place
As time goes by, globalization is more and more enlarging in the world. Contemporary globalization has produced many changes in our economy, society, culture, and politics. Under the influence, India culture is suffering some challenges.
Culture of caste system
In New Delhi, more and more Indian people have been realizing that Caste is not a criterion of ability and value any more. Nevertheless, for those caste favorers, that is not good thing. They frequently make troubles for some poor people whose caste are inferior. Therefore, the reduction of Indian caste system is an actual challenge for a part of people.

Modern Dance in India has a relatively short history. Since the perception of 'modern' or 'contemporary' can vary from dancer to dancer, this dance form cannot be defined as easily as the classical dance styles of India. It is also not codified in a detailed manner, as are the classical styles. This is a type of exclusive dance, some people call it " Bollywood dance."
What is the biggest challenges of living in New Delhi?
Environment
Development of New Delhi even the whole India is tremendous in recent years, but it at the cost of environmental pollution.
For years, this sprawling city on the Yamuna River had the dirtiest air in the world, but few who lived here seemed conscious of the problem or worried about its consequences. Now, suddenly, that has begun to change. Some among New Delhi’s Indian and foreign elites have started to wear the white surgical masks so common in Beijing. The United States Embassy purchased 1,800 high-end air purifiers in recent months for staff members' homes, with many other major embassies following suit.
Delhi’s air is the world’s most toxic in part because of high concentrations of PM2.5, particulate matter less than 2.5 micrometers in diameter that is believed to pose the greatest health risk because it penetrates deeply into lungs. While Beijing’s air quality has generated more headlines worldwide, scientists say New Delhi' s air is often significantly worse, especially during the winter, when choking smog often settles over the sprawling city.
population
People with different cultures and languages have been living together in India for thousands of years. While there are hundreds of different languages on the subcontinent the official language is Hindi, while most people speak English too. About 80% of the Indian population is Hindu.

Culture and politics
Like most of Asian countries, India has been deeply influenced by west culture. In a sense, Throughout the 19th century, India's majority Hindu population lived within a caste system that dictated a person's permanent place in the social hierarchy. Some historians claim that the British, who kept the system in place, took advantage of it to help their rule. The British brought their medical skills, administrative know-how and legal system to India along with improvements in transport and agriculture, but the debate continues as to how much these introductions benefited ordinary Indians outside the ruling class.
Garment and adornment and art
Indian people do not give up the culture protection of clothing and adornment. A lot of Indian people like to wear Indian traditional clothes, such as Sari, Sherwani and so on. Nevertheless, for the most of Indian contemporarily young guys, West culture is more fashion. They more like jeans, American coffee, iphone and so on, but it is not only occurring in India, but also in the whole world. Therefore Indian people do better than most of Asian countries in this regard.

Food
Indian cuisine is famous in the word. Indian people is probably less interested on British cuisine. In this regard, India influenced Britain more than Britain did India.
Conclusion
Although British sent their culture, art, science, production technology and so on, but they did those things throughout for their dominance when they were governing India.
An alternate reality is created as a smokescreen to hide colonists' repression, tyranny and exploitation.
